Minister/Director of Family Ministries

Pinecrest Baptist Church is seeking the Lord’s guidance in calling our next Minister/Director of Family Ministries. This person would be responsible for the planning, development, staffing and oversight of our comprehensive ministry to families focusing on the evangelism, discipleship and spiritual growth of children and students as well as equipping parents to be the primary spiritual leaders in the lives of their children. This position can be fashioned to be either full-time or bi-vocational based on the availability of the candidate.

Candidates with prior experience and seminary training will have top consideration. Salary package is negotiable, based on the scope of the position (full or part time) and on the education/experience of the candidate and could include, if needed, a recently remodeled parsonage.

PBC has a long history of students being sent out from our church into vocational ministry and we look forward to the next Minister/Director of Family Ministries continuing that work.
